Ewan Chalmers  was amongst the eleven that took to the field this morning in Nairobi as Scotland take on Kenya in the Intercontinental Cup

 

Also in the Scotland squad is ‘Sonian new boy Stuart Chalmers who missed out on a place in the selected XI and will be operating as 12th man for this match.

 

It is a great achievement and a superb experience for both Chubby and Chumba and the club wishes them both good luck over the coming days.

 

Scotland have made a great start to the game as Kenya slumped to 91 all out in their first innings with Chubby taking his second catch of the day to end the innings. Former ‘Sonians Gordon Drummond and Dewald Nel shared 5 wickets between them.
