There are only 3 weeks of the season left to go but still 11 matches for our 3 senior XI’s to play in.

 

1^st XI

 

The 1s host Carlton this weekend (14^th) at Myreside followed by a visit from West of Scotland on the 21^st in their final home fixture of the season.

 

The final game sees Steve Paige’s XI travel to Dunfermline to take on the Knights on the 28^th. Having won all of the corresponding fixtures in the first half of the season the 1s will be looking to finish the season with 3 wins.

 

2^nd XI

 

Still 5 fixtures in 3 weeks to go for the 2s.

 

It all starts this weekend when the top of the table 2s travel to second placed Edinburgh Accies on Saturday (14^th) which is followed by the Presidents Trophy Semi Final versus Westquarter & Redding at Myreside on Sunday (15^th).

 

Back to Craiglockhart on the 21^st to host Edinburgh CC 2s before an away cup match on the 22^nd. If the 2s manage to overcome Westquarter in the Semi Final on the 15^th they will travel to Boghall to take on Kismet in the Presidents Trophy final, if they come up short on the 15^th then a coin will be tossed to see if they host or travel to Musselburgh to contest the Presidents Plate final.

 

If that wasn’t enough then the 2s season finishes with a trip to currently third placed Carlton 2s at Grange Loan on the 28^th.

 

3^rd XI

 

The 3s host Edinburgh Accies 2s at Craiglockhart this weekend (14^th) and then like the 1s and 2s they also play Carlton away on (probably at the Meadows) on the 21^st. On the 28^th the 3s finish at home against SMRH 2s.

 

To make sure the boys keep fighting right till the last ball on the 28th get make sure you are there to see it.
